While the rest of the world will still be focused on England this weekend, Washingtonians will be thinking of France as the Georgetown French Market returns for its 8^th year. Friday and Saturday, April 29-30, 2011 from 10 am to 5 pm the market will feature boutiques, antique shops, restaurants and galleries along upper Wisconsin Avenue, NW, between P Street and Reservoir Road. The event also features strolling musicians and mimes, children’s activities, live music and French cuisine from Georgetown cafes and restaurants.
